A word on running – I know we all have distractions. Many times I hear others say (and I tell myself) they didn’t have time to run today.
You always have time to run, you just have to make it a priority. Don’t let other things distract you! Even if you get in only a 15 minute run it will help (wake up 15 minutes early?). Just tell yourself 15 minutes is all I need, go out and do it and you may surprise yourself by running even further! Even if you don’t run further, you will still feel like you accomplished something today.
So, go out and accomplish it today!
